Sharika Stroud
Family Case Manager
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Sharika Stroud brings deep local roots and over a decade of social work experience to her role as Family Case Manager at Moms Moving Forward. Her career has spanned working with adolescents in group homes, supporting college students in higher education, and walking alongside families experiencing homelessness.
At every step, her focus has been the same: to uplift and equip individuals with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
Sharika holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work from North Carolina A&T State University and Johnson C. Smith University, respectively. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA).
Passionate about mentorship, mental health, financial literacy, and community engagement, Sharika approaches her work with empathy, strength, and an unwavering commitment to family well-being. As a mom herself, she understands the power of stability and support—and is proud to offer both to the families she serves.
