For over 25 years, Reggie has devoted his life to empowering the next generation through discipleship, mentoring, job creation, and creating pathways to upward mobility. His passion lies in seeing cities flourish through the gospel—especially by investing in education, equity, and employment. Whether he’s walking alongside young men navigating life’s challenges or collaborating with leaders to spark gospel-centered change for a community. Reggie brings both conviction and compassion to the work of community transformation.
Reggie has been joyfully married to Vicki Nious for 25 years, and together they are raising two incredible kids, Justice and Reina. His life’s calling is simple: to help others discover their God-given purpose and walk in it with hope and dignity.
