Family Success Coach
Tara Newton brings over a decade of experience in community advocacy, social services, and program development to her role as a Family Success Coach at Freedom Communities. Her work has centered on supporting individuals and families experiencing housing instability, economic hardship, and barriers to access—designing and leading programs that promote stability, wellness, and long-term opportunity.
Tara’s approach is grounded in relationship-building, accountability, and meeting people where they are. She is known for her ability to connect deeply with community members while also driving results, ensuring that families feel both supported and empowered as they work toward their goals.
A proud advocate for equitable access and community-centered solutions, Tara is passionate about creating spaces where families can thrive, not just survive. She is excited to be part of the Moms Moving Forward program, walking alongside participants as they build stronger foundations for themselves and their children.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys connecting with her community, exploring new experiences, and creating meaningful moments with the people she loves.
